We sell imported laptops the way we'd want to buy one
Laptop Wale started because buying a second-hand laptop in Pakistan usually means trusting a blurry photo and a stranger's word. We thought the whole thing could be a lot less nerve-racking.
What we actually do
We import, test and sell laptops — new and imported, every major brand — from our office in Karachi. We don't buy second-hand machines locally: our imported stock arrives by the lot from several markets abroad, mostly ex-corporate machines coming off lease.
Every lot gets cleaned, tested, repasted where it needs it, and given a fresh OS install before it goes up. Then it gets photographed and written up honestly — including whatever is wrong with it.
Why we test every unit
It would be easier to write "excellent condition" on everything. It would also mean a steady stream of disappointed customers, returns we'd have to eat, and a reputation that takes years to rebuild.
So we publish the measured battery health and cycle count, name where the scratches actually are, and say when a battery is weak. A customer who knows exactly what they're getting is a customer who stays happy after the box is opened.
You can always come and look
We have a real shop with real people in it. Reserve anything on the site and we'll hold it for 48 hours — come in, type on it, check the screen, run whatever benchmark you like. If it isn't right, walk away. No pressure, no restocking fee, no hard feelings.
Every unit tested
Keyboard, ports, screen, battery and hinges checked on every machine before the lot goes on sale.
Store warranty included
6 months on every imported laptop, 12 months on everything new. Parts and labour, handled at our own office.
Inspect before you pay
Reserve any unit and test it yourself at our Saddar office. Walk away if it isn't right.
7-day return window
If the machine isn't what the listing described, send it back for a full refund.
